Welcome to FLOW, a space where movement meets stillness and mindset. Our classes are thoughtfully designed to support every level, whether you’re stepping into a studio for the first time or returning as a seasoned regular. Wherever you're starting from, there’s a place for you here.

+ first time with us?

Try 3 classes for £30 and explore what FLOW feels like for you. Not sure where to begin? Check out our classes page and find your flow.

+ how can I book a class?

Choose between class packages or a membership! Our FLOW memberships offer the best value per class and we offer 6, 8, 12 or Unlimited classes per month with no minimum term contract. Plus enjoy exclusive membership perks including advanced booking, waitlist priority and discounts to our favourite brands.

+ where is flow?

Our address is 11 Tottenham Street, London W1T 2AG. The closest tube stations are Goodge Street Station or Warren Street Station.

+ do i need to bring anything with me?

All you need is your workout gear! We’ll provide you with complimentary shower & sweat towels and premium toiletries.

For Reformer, Barre and Mat Pilates classes, grip socks are mandatory. Bring your own or purchase our FLOW grip socks in studio!

For Strength & Sculpt classes, we recommend wearing trainers.

+ can i bring my phone into class?

We have a no phones policy in all of our classes. Please refrain from using your phone, answering calls, taking pictures or videos during the class. Feel free to grab a selfie in the studio before or after class!

+ can i bring a friend with me?

Training with friends is always better! Refer your friends via your profile page to earn rewards. For every friend you refer, you’ll earn a free class!

Or simply use your class package to book a guest spot!

+ what if i'm late to class?

To keep the FLOW experience seamless for everyone, we can’t admit late arrivals once class has started. If you’re not checked in by start time, your spot may go to someone on the waitlist.

+ How does your waitlist work?

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, the first person on the waitlist will be automatically added and notified by email.

No longer available to attend? Please remove yourself from the waitlist to allow others to join. If you’re moved into the class, our standard 12-hour cancellation policy applies.

+ do you have a cancellation policy?

Please cancel more than 12 hours before your class to avoid losing your class credit. If you cancel within 12 hours or no show, you will lose your class credit. For members, please cancel more than 12 hours before your class to avoid being no-showed. If you no show, you will be charged a £10 fee for every no-show.

+ do you offer corporate discounts?

We offer a variety of corporate packages including discounts, group class packages and private classes. If you'd like to enquire about our corporate wellness, head over to our events page and fill in your contact details. We'll get in touch!

+ can I attend FLOW while pregnant?

We aim to be accessible and inclusive here at FLOW and that includes our prenatal and postnatal clients! Please ensure that you arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of your class and inform your instructor that you are pregnant or postnatal so they can ensure you can enjoy a safe class with us.

+ What happens if I’m injured?

If you're injured and still want to come to class, please check with a health professional beforehand that it is safe for you to exercise. Be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes early to let your instructor know and they'll advise you on any adjustments throughout the class.

+ can i bring my dog to the studio?

Whilst we all love a furry friend, please do not bring any pets to the studio.
