World MENTAL HEALTH DAY

This year, we want to make it even easier to support each other. As part of our FLOW community, you get a free plus-one to bring a friend to class, on World Mental Health Day, Friday October 10th.

This World Mental Health Day is a reminder that the small ways we show kindness can have a big impact. Whether it’s a hug, a message, or simply moving side by side, it’s about letting the people in our lives know: I see you, I love you, I’m here with you.

Movement is more than exercise. It’s connection, laughter, and support. One way to say “I care” is to invite someone to move, sweat, and smile with you.
