FAQs

+ Do you cater for all abilities?

Not only do we cater for all abilities, but we encourage all abilities to give it a go! Remember every expert was once a beginner. First timers will always be spoken to before the class starts and if there are any difficult moves in a class, our teacher will always give an alternative for those less advanced.

+ How hard are the Strength & Barre classes?

Like any fitness class, they're as hard as you choose to make them. We'll always encourage you to push yourself out of your comfort zone but we'll never ask you to do something you don't want to do. We're here to encourage and motivate you to work as hard as you can, but 'how hard' is entirely up to you.

+ I'm new to Reformer Pilates, which class should I take?

Our Foundations Reformer45 is a great introduction to reformer for total newbies. This class will get you up and running with the basics of the reformer. We recommend attending a few of these classes before taking our Dynamic Reformer45 class.

+ I’m not very flexible, should I practice before I come?

Absolutely not. Our team know exactly how to deal with people that aren't very flexible, practice makes perfect and your flexibility will improve over time. If you're really concerned about your lack of flexibility, mention it to your teacher and they'll give you some alternative moves during the class.

+ How much will my first class cost?

First time customers can enjoy 3 classes for £30, available for first time customers only – check out our Pricing page for more!

+ Do you have a cancellation policy?

Please cancel more than 12 hours before your class to avoid losing your class credit. For members, please cancel more than 12 hours before your class to avoid being no-showed. If you no-show, you will be charged a £10 fee for every no-show.

+ How do your waitlist work?

If one of our classes is fully booked, you can book onto the waitlist.

If an enrolled customer cancels their class reservation and a spot becomes available up to 2 hours before the class, the person who is first on the waitlist will be automatically enrolled and notified by email. We kindly ask for you to keep an eye on your emails and your account to ensure you are ready to jump into class.

If a customer cancels and a spot comes free less than 2 hours before the class starts, the spot is opened to the public and you will receive an email letting you know the spot is free and you can grab it. Spots will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

If you are on the waitlist and you can no longer attend class, please remove yourself from the waitlist at any time before the start of class so the next person on the list moves up. If you are assigned a spot in the class, you can still cancel up to 12 hours before the class time. Any cancellations within 12 hours of the class time and will be classed as a Late Cancel in keeping with our usual Late Cancel and No Show policy.

+ What happens if I'm late to class?

Please be aware that latecomers will not be admitted after the class start time, and will be marked as a no-show. If you are not checked in by the class time, we may give your spot to customers on our walk-in waitlist.

+ Do I need to bring anything with me?

Just comfortable Yoga or fitness wear. Here are some class-specific things to note:

  • Barre: Feel free to come to the class barefoot or wear grippy barre socks.
  • Reformer: Grippy barre/reformer socks recommended!
  • Dynamic Pilates: Dress as you would for a regular yoga class, so no trainers needed.
  • Strength: Wear trainers for these classes!

We sell water but you're welcome to bring your own and we'll supply you with complimentary towels and shower products.
